SOL: Generations Joining Together

My grandma is 96. My daughter is 2. What a crazy difference it is of the two.

I can’t imagine what it must be like to have grown up in a time when there were no cell phones and computers, to now seeing my daughter be able to use a cell phone at the age of 2!

It must be crazy to be my grandma. What a strong woman!

The difference in generations joining together.  How lucky we are!

  1. This is so wonderful, seeing these two different generations together. My father’s great-uncle lived to 101 and I met him once at his 99th birthday celebration. I think I was around 10 and was fascinated by him. We got a chance to talk and he told me that he hated the care home he was in because it was full of a bunch of “old people”. It is good for the young and the old to spend time together. I think they somehow meet in the middle!
